In January, 2000, Ushus Technologies was founded by four first generation entrepreneurs with a vision to become world leader in IT industry by providing intelligent and unique solutions, applying the Indian advantage. With this vision Ushus started providing services in niche technology areas for various clients in Japan.

In 2001 Ushus opened an offshore development centre in Technopark -Trivandrum, one of the largest IT parks in India.

Ushus was assessed at CMM Level 3 and certified ISO 9001:2000. The company showcased steady growth and diversified into various other markets.

The close association with the customers in Japan was much appreciated and in 2003 Ushus established a Japanese subsidiary.

In 2005, Ushus merged with Accel Group. Ushus is now the technology division of Accel Transmatic Limited, a subsidiary of Accel Group, India. Ushus has strengthened its operations in US and Europe.

In 2006, Ushus started its operations in Israel with a leading manufacturer of access and backhaul solutions.

In 2007, Ushus established a wholly owned subsidiary in USA. Accel North America Inc. (ANAI) is a California Corporation formed on 02nd February 2007 and is based in San Jose, California.

In 2011, Ushus started its operations in Sweden.

In October 2011, Ushustech Technologies was demerged from AccelTransmatics Limited and Integrated with Accel Frontline Limited.
