• Program Manager is responsible for managing the contracted Scope of Services to the client.
• The Program Manager must maintain quality customer service and day to day operations, with a primary focus on meeting and achieving financial goals.

• Business Development: Managing activity in this area and scheduling client meetings.
• He/She will be responsible for overall management of the account & account mining.

Requirements/Skillsets

• Client Relationship Management and strong customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• MS Project experience ideal
• Must be able to travel to other client locations quarterly

The Business Development Manager/Associate is responsible for identifying new customer opportunities and ensure the projects are implemented effectively, and the ongoing relationship with the customer is supported and developed.

You should be self motivated and should be able to find, and close business. You must also leran and understand what we offer needs a solid understanding of business and experience of selling complex solutions and outsourcing contracts. You must have and natural talent to sell in a confidently at all levels in a consultative style across all levels.
