Partially Onsite/Partially Offshore Model
This model is a combination of on-site consulting and offshore development. Ushustech analysts with the proper domain expertise shall carry out the initial requirement definition and analysis at your site in consultation with you. The design and development phases will be carried out in India at Ushustech development center in Technopark, Trivandrum, with a larger team. The project manager will keep in constant contact with you by regularly communicating the status of the project through periodic reports, reviews, conferencing etc. The acceptance testing and handing over shall be done at your site if required.
