The project closure meeting is conducted after the customer acceptance phase. This meeting is attended by all project team members, senior management and representatives of supporting departments. This forum analyses the metrics collected, lessons learned and best practices followed. Maintenance engineers are identified and allocated for the warranty period.

Process Assessment
Trained auditors within the organisation constitute the IQA (Internal Quality Audit) team, which carries out process audit once in three months. Periodic surveillance audits are conducted by the ISO certification body, to check conformation to ISO 9000 standards.
