The team consists of permanent
members and quality members drawn
from each project. Process compliance
of each project is ensured by
the SQA team.
PEG
PEG (Process Engineering Group),
represented by a cross section
of the organisation is the process
owner to initiate and manage
process improvement activities.
PEG verifies testing tools for
conformity, maintains project
and process database, identifies
best practices & lessons
learned and analyses metrics.
PEG is the approving authority
for process tailoring and deviation.
SCCB
SCCB (Software Configuration
Control Board) oversees configuration
management activities within
the organisation, suggests new
practices for configuration
management and formulates network
policies and guidelines.
